Cancellation Policy
We truly appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an exceptional experience to everyone.
We understand that life happens and you might need to change your appointment, we require minimum 24 business hours notice. Please note that appointments cancelled without this notice are subject to a $50 missed appointment fee.

Late Arrival Policy
We make every effort to begin and end your appointments on time. We ask that you arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes early to fill out paper work and relax before your treatment.
If you are late and the treatment cannot start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly which may mean that not all procedures can be performed. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment time if our schedule does not allow. Please call the office if you may be late for your appointment.

Clinic Etiquette
Due to the sensitivity of our treatments, clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the appointment as well as to sign consent forms.
For the safety of everyone, children under 12 are not permitted in any of our treatment rooms; any children brought to the clinic must be supervised in the waiting area by an adult friend or family member.
Pets are not permitted in the clinic; however, service animals are welcome.
Due to volume and specific treatment cycles, we cannot always guarantee the same technician. All of our staff are thoroughly trained, certified and experienced. However, if you require the same service provider, please let our office know when booking your appointment and the first available appointment with that staff member will be given.
